Guitarist and Producer Dr. Adam Hawley burst on to the scene as a celebrated and innovative artist, composer and band leader. Handpicked by Maurice White (founder of Earth, Wind, & Fire) his first debut from album “Just the Beginning” topped the charts. Six albums later, he has reached an incredible 17 Billboard #1 Hits including from his 2024 CD release “Unstoppable”. Additional accolades include Mediabase artist of the year in 2024, Billboard song of year in 2022 and 2020, and a #1 album in sales as per Nielsen in 2020.
Highlights from a robust touring schedule include: Java Jazz, Seabreeze Jazz Fest, Smooth Jazz Cruise, Dave Koz Cruise, Newport Beach Jazz Festival, and Mallorca Jazz Festival.
In addition to touring as a leader, he has also played for Jennifer Lopez, Natalie Cole, Lalah Hathaway, The Manhattan Transfer, Brian McKnight, and appeared on American Idol in the house band to name a few.
Adam Hawley
Adam Hawley is a jazz guitarist. Hawley was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. At a young age he developed a keen interest in music, taking up piano lessons at eight and guitar lessons a year later. He eventually attended the University of Southern California where he graduated with a PHD in Music.
