Legends Al Jarreau and George Benson are celebrated masters that delivered straight-ahead jazz with integrity,  effortlessly transitioning into the realm of soulful pop and funky R&B.

Al Jarreau is renowned for his vocally acrobatic artistry and ability to mimic instruments with his voice. George Benson is recognized for his smooth, robust sound, often delivering iconic unison vocal-guitar solos integrated into his virtuosic jazz guitar work. Together in live performance and on their collaborative album “Givin It Up”, their vocal chemistry created a dynamic interplay of sophisticated harmonies, rhythmic brilliance, and sheer joyous musicianship.

PAUL DOZIER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST

Paul Dozier is recognized for his contributions to the smooth jazz and contemporary Christian genres. Starting his musical career at  young age, Paul co-founded the acclaimed contemporary Christian group Brothers In Christ in the early 1980s.

As a solo artist, Dozier has consistently enjoyed heavy airplay in the US and abroad from singles off his albums “On a Glorious Journey” (2002), “Compassion” (2005), and “One Way Street” (2008).

He has worked as a sideman for smooth jazz artists like Brian Simpson and Eric Darius and has opened for notable musicians such as Paul Taylor, Will Downing, and Shirley Caesar.
