Are face masks required to enter the club?
Yes. Pursuant to North Carolina’s statewide mask mandate effective Friday, June 26, all guests are required to wear a mask to enter the club. You can remove it once seated at your table for eating and drinking. If you don’t have a face mask, we will have non-medical, reusable Middle C branded face masks available for purchase at the club ($7 each or 2 for $10).
What safety measures are in place during the COVID-19 phased reopening?
As a private, seated club with restaurant service, we are among the businesses cleared for Phase 2 opening. We have implemented stringent cleaning and social distancing protocols you can read about in more detail here.
Where is Middle C Jazz located?
Middle C Jazz is located in uptown at 300 South Brevard Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. If traveling via public transportation, the nearest LYNX stop is the 3rd/Convention Center Station.
Can I host a private event at Middle C Jazz?

Are smartphones allowed?
Yes, smartphones are permitted. Photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
No. Final sale. No refunds, no exchanges, not transferable.
How do I select my seats?
Seating is first-come at the door. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show for General Admission ticket-holders. Baby Grand Members qualify for early seating 1 hour prior to the first show. Doors open 30 minutes prior to second shows. Baby Grand Members may be allowed to enter early for the second show, but specifically how early depends on how much prep is required for the second act. How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets may be printed, or tickets may be redeemed using a smartphone. No printing is required.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance for General Admission ticket-holders. Doors open 1 hour prior to the first performance for Baby Grand Members. Doors open 30 minutes prior for the second shows.

Do ticket vouchers and discounts work on any show?
Yes, members receive special membership pricing on all shows. Just remember that each ticket voucher can only be used once. Therefore, if you use your ticket voucher for a show that is valued at less than $20 you will not be able to redeem the remaining value.
Can I use my $20 ticket voucher and my special membership pricing for the same show?
No, unfortunately, this is a limitation of our ticketing software, Eventbrite. This option is not available at this time.
Can I use my discount for more than one ticket per show?
No. Each membership includes only one discounted ticket per show.
Do members get early seating on all shows?
We will try to accommodate members for every show possible. However, for nights with two or more shows, only the first show of the night will have guaranteed 30 minute early entry for Baby Grand Members.
How early is early seating?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance for General Admission ticket holders. Doors open 1 hour prior to the first performance for Baby Grand Members. Doors open 30 minutes prior for the second shows. Early seating for the second show will be permitted as soon as housekeeping for the second show is complete.
