Robin Springer returns to pay tribute to Grammy-winning singer Anita Baker, whose rich, soulful voice helped define the Quiet Storm era with songs like “Sweet Love” and “Giving You the Best that I’ve Got”.  Robin is joined by special guest Grammy Nominated Artist Rodney Shelton.

ROBYN SPRINGER
WATCH
Robyn Springer is a professional vocalist whose richly diverse musical background includes a debut R&B solo album (Makin’ Moves, Virgin Records/ Cardiac); featured vocal performances on albums by such artists as contemporary jazz saxophonist Najee to Fugees’ alternative/rapper John Forte; and various live tours from London to Greece to New York, where she appeared with such legends as George Benson, Herbie Hancock, and Kirk Whalum.

RODNEY SHELTON
LISTEN
Grammy nominated Rodney “Keys” Shelton is the quiet storm in the music industry.  In the early 90’s after meeting with legendary music promoter/manager “Howard Rosen”, legendary producer Stewart Levine and Jolie Jones (daughter of Quincy Jones), Rodney’s band “Curio” signed a deal with Motown records.  While signed to Motown, Rodney met R&B singer “Keith Washington” and along with Marsha Jenkins wrote the platinum record “Kissing You”, which after 20 years is still rocking the airwaves.  The band performed in the hit movie “Another 48 Hours” featuring Eddie Murphy.
