MIDDLE C JAZZ, CHAROTTE’S HOME FOR COOL, IS THE PLACE FOR EMERGING ARTISTS THIS SUMMER
Charlotte, N.C. – Monday, June 24 – Throughout the summer, Middle C Jazz is shining a spotlight on emerging artists and their latest projects. There is nearly one artist every week performing a new release, covering a variety from smooth jazz to blues, piano to flute, local talent to national acts on tour swinging through Charlotte.
“It’s exciting to be the venue where so many artists want to showcase their work. This was my vision for Middle C Jazz – to bring fresh new music, highlighting local talent, and attracting national touring musicians, to music lovers in Charlotte.” says Larry Farber, founding partner of Middle C Jazz.
Many of Middle C Jazz’s attendees have taken notice. “The jazz club ambiance is perfect for exploring something new. Every seat feels up close and personal with the music, “ says Scott Jones, frequent attendee.
The musicians themselves find it an ideal stage to share their new ideas. “With the quality of production, I know the music is going to come through well and I can just focus on communicating my message. And the intimate layout lets me see the audiences faces and feel their appreciation,“ comments John Dillard, performer.
